Reason for decision |
The Improvement Action Plan and Housing Improvement Strategy are high level documents which outline the actions needed to achieve compliance with the consumer standards and the council’s strategy to improve housing service delivery further once compliant. IN themselves these actions have no impact on climate change. There may be further actions, within projects which will require a full CCIA as plans develop.
